NYPQ Residents & Fellows

Welcome New York Presbyterian Queens Residents & Fellows.

GoACLS offers BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.

We would like to congratulate you on your new position with NYPQ.

The email you received from your program coordinator included a Promo Code to be used when registering for your class.

Only BLS and ACLS will be offered at this time.  If your program requires that you have PALS, you will be scheduled by your coordinator at a later date

You should only register for the course you need and use the Promo Code in lieu of payment. Do not pay for a course with us, please give us a call  (888-503-3113) if you're having difficulties.

Once your sure which courses you need, just register through the Website or follow the links below.

  1. BLS Provider Course

    • There is only one BLS course. Whether you need an update or are expired, it's the same course.
  • We offer two ways to take the BLS Provider course, 100% classroom or Heartcode BLS (90% online & 10% classroom).
  • Follow the links for a better explanation of each method.  Both are the same course.
  1. ACLS for Healthcare Providers Initial Course

    • The ACLS Provider Initial course is for anyone who has never taken the ACLS course or who has completed an ACLS course but has an expired ACLS certification.
  1. ACLS for Healthcare Providers Update/Renewal Course

    • In order to take part in the ACLS Update course you must hold a valid/not expired AHA ACLS Card.  All cards expire on the last day of the month.  If your card specifies a day (ie. 03/05/2017). then your card still expires at the end of the month (ie. 03/31/2017).

This information is available in the 2015 ACLS Manual.  If you don't have the new manual available prior to the course, we have provided a link to the Pre-Course, below.

You must print the score sheet and bring it to class.  A score of 70% or higher is required prior to participating in the ACLS course.

  2. PALS Provider Course

  • Please do not register for PALS at this time.
  • When PALS is required, you will be scheduled by your coordinator.

Please do not use your hospital email when registering.  We will email you 3 months prior to your expiration, to remind you to Update.  If we don't have an email you will still have for at least 5 years, you may not get these important notices.
